Judicial administration of the court is headed by the Chairmen of the Court and its activities are organized by the Administrative Secretary.


Administrative Secretary:
1. Organize the work of the jury and contact with them;
2. Adopts the statement of claims, waiver, complaints and grievances;
3. Collate and store all documents, incoming and outgoing in court by the court not to refer cases.

Judicial administration is organized in specialized and general administration.
The composition of specialized administration services include the following:
1. Clerk
2. Legal Secretaries
3. Archive
4. Summonses and court papers - SUBPOENA



SPECIALIZED ADMINISTRATION

Service "Records"
Service Registry includes four clerks. It provides proceedings and cases pending final court acts.
In the Service Registry provides the following services:
1. Inspects the movement of cases.
2. Provides summaries of the cases the parties and their representatives;
3. Acceptance of securities in connection with the formation of cases and those already formed.
4. Copies and certified copies of pending cases of the parties and their representatives.
5. Employees in the records may not give legal advice.
Opening hours from 9.00 to 17.00

Service "Legal Secretaries"
Legal Secretaries Office includes three legal secretaries.
The Registrar:
1. Draw up protocols for public hearings;
2. Arranged in order of entry papers from meetings;
3. A document on payment of specified amounts for fees and expenses of experts, witnesses, jurors and others.;
4. Place the order and lists of classes of cases to courtrooms and information boards.

Service "Archive"
Archive Service provides storage of all completed cases and record-books.
Hours of natural and legal persons - from 9.00 to 17.00
In the Archive Service is accepting applications for the issuance of copies of the final court acts on archival matters and to issue the writ after the payment of stamp duty payable.

Service of summons and legal papers
Summons is responsible for timely and lawful service of summons and court documents under the rules of the Criminal Procedure Code and the Code of Civil Procedure.
Summons served subpoenas and court documents within three days of their receipt and promptly returned a second instance in the service registry.

Forensic Executive Office
1. Accepts requests to initiate enforcement proceedings, together with the annexed writ, a protective order.
2. Provides reports on pending enforcement cases.
3. It documents imported amounts enforcement cases and amounts paid by them.
4. Issue a copy of the cases.
5. Issue certificates for lack of enforcement cases of natural and legal persons.
6. Complaints and objections to enforcement cases.

Criminal Records Bureau
Documents required for issuing a certificate of conviction:
1. Application form
2. Birth Certificate - original or duplicate
3. Passport
4. Document for paid state fee.
Opening hours from 9.00 to 17.00

Service Registry
1. Entered deeds for transfer of ownership or establishment, modification or termination of property rights to real property.
2. Issue a copy of title deeds after paying the state fee.
3. Entered statement of claims, mortgages, foreclosures.
4. Issue certificates of encumbrances.
Opening hours from 10.00 to 12.30, 13.00 to 15.00


General Administration
* Includes FINANCIAL SERVICES AND SUPPLY;
* System Administrator;
Financial service activities and supply:
Chief Accountant and Senior Accountant, SFU and Treasurer
Fees paid to expert witnesses and jurors.
Accept requests for refund of unduly paid state taxes and after resolution of the presiding judge shall be paid to individuals in cash and legal persons shall be paid by bank transfer.
Opening hours from 9.00 am to 17.00 pm
System Administrator shall assist the Chairman of the court for the information and computer technologies.
